Team Manager - Safeguarding Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Team Manager to join its client’s Safeguarding  team, based in Barnsley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in safeguarding and child protection services. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 7 Social Workers, providing effective management, supervision, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Manage and lead a Safeguarding Team of 7 Social Workers.
• Provide regular supervision, guidance, and performance management.
• Oversee cases involving:
  • Children in Need (CIN)
  • Child Protection (CP)
  • Private Law Proceedings
  • Public Law Proceedings
• Ensure assessments, plans, and interventions are completed to a high standard and within stat
