Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Remote, with periodic travel to LTS headquarters in Herndon, Virginia. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia). Candidates outside the DMV area may also be considered.

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

Compensation range: $200,000 - $275,000

LTS is seeking a hands-on finance leader to own enterprise financial planning and analysis across its Health, Federal IT Services, and Emergency Response divisions. Federal government contracting experience is strongly preferred. The VP, FP&A will connect program and division performance to the Company’s financial outlook, give executive leaders clear insight into risks and opportunities, and help turn financial analysis into operating decisions.

This role also carries assigned Deputy CFO responsibilities under LTS’s Delegation of Authority. The VP may serve as Acting CFO when formally designated.
