ClickUp Traffic Manager

We're looking for a Traffic Manager to become the nerve center of Marketing Services' ClickUp queue — catching blocked tasks before they turn into missed deadlines, chasing down the information that's holding work up, and giving leadership a real-time view of where every campaign actually stands.

You'll also be stepping into a role built from the ground up: the dashboards, SLAs, and cross-team relationships you establish in your first year will become the default way Moxie tracks marketing work as we scale.

As Moxie grows past 1,000+ medspa providers without proportional headcount growth, campaign work is increasingly getting stuck in ClickUp for lack of a dedicated owner watching the queue. Right now, unblocking a task means someone — often a campaign builder or account lead — stops what they're doing to chase down status. This role exists to take that job
