L1 Cyber Security Analyst

We are looking for an L1 Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this role, you will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of security events, supporting the identification and initial investigation of security incidents while working alongside experienced cybersecurity professionals.

This position is well suited to candidates looking to begin or further develop their career in Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events using leading SIEM technologies.
• Perform real-time event and log analysis to identify potential security incidents.
• Conduct first-level investigation and triage of security alerts.
• Escalate incidents to Level 2 Analysts in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately document investigations and support the incident management process.
• Follow operational guidelines and contribute to maintaining the quality of SOC services.

Requirements

• Ability to work on a rotational 24x7x365 shift schedule.
• Understanding of common attack techniques targeting applications, systems, and networks.
