The Mission and the Hard Part

A mid-market dental practice doesn't decide to trust Overjet with their standard of care because of a sales pitch. They decide during the pilot, watching whether the platform actually earns a place in how their office runs day to day. If that pilot doesn't land, the deal doesn't expand, and it might not renew at all. You'll sit on our Customer Success team, owning the relationship with mid-market accounts (mostly dental office leadership and central office decision makers) from the moment the pilot starts through renewal and expansion.
