Role Description

We are seeking our Founding Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and Head of Compounding for a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The individual will lead and oversee all nonsterile and sterile compounding pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and developing efficient workflows. The individual will serve as the first pharmacist in charge for the facility and will be responsible for building a top tier pharmacist and pharmacy technician team. Key responsibilities will include production of sterile and nonsterile compounds and building out our compounding facility, building out our quality and compliance processes, managing pharmacy staff, optimizing inventory, and contributing to strategic planning efforts to strengthen the organization's pharmacy infrastructure.
