Senior Manager - Development

As Senior Manager - Development, you will play a key role in driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.
