Senior Manager of IT

Quindar is looking for a Senior Manager of IT to lead and scale our corporate IT function. This is a hands-on player-coach role responsible for delivering reliable, secure, and responsive IT support across our unclassified environment.

This role owns Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, employee onboarding/offboarding, endpoint management, office IT, enterprise software administration, remote employee support, and execution of CUI hardening requirements. It does not own classified or SCIF networks but will work closely with IT Engineering and Cybersecurity.

We view IT as a customer-service organization. Success means employees trust the IT team, commitments are met, issues are permanently resolved, and leadership has clear visibility into performance and priorities.
