Senior Revenue Operations Specialist
The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist is the internal owner of RCX Sports’ Salesforce environment and a key partner across Sales/Growth, League Success, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics. This role leads the transition of revenue operations work from external vendors to internal ownership, manages Salesforce administration and governance, improves data integrity, and builds the processes and automations that support sustainable participation and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Director of Analytics, this individual will combine hands-on Salesforce expertise with strong cross-functional partnerships.
