Product Lead | Remote (US-based only)

We’re seeking a strong, forward‑thinking product leader who is energized by challenges, loves solving real consumer/customer problems, building from zero‑to‑one, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to help shape something entirely new.

As the Product Lead aligned to a pod, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our B2C/B2B digital loyalty products integrated into our digital platforms per the pod scope -  from discovery to build, launch, and continuous optimization. This role requires technical depth, principled decision‑making, a high bar for quality, and the ability to lead confidently in uncharted territory. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross‑functional business leaders to develop intelligent, seamless digital experiences at speed.
