Compensation Process Expert | SEB, Vilnius

Become a part of a highly-skilled team! The Compensation and Workforce unit is responsible for delivering compensation and workforce related processes and administrative tasks, supporting our colleagues in salary structure & reviews, data & analytics, benchmarks, benefits and Workforce processes such as onboarding, transfers and exits for Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltics.  As a Process Expert, you will be part of the team responsible for the compensation and benefits processes within the Workforce and Compensation unit. Your main objective will be to coordinate and ensure quality in end-to-end deliveries, also review and globally align processes within your area of responsibility.   As part of our Process Excellence team, you will also be involved in driving continuous process improvement and onboarding within the unit.
