About the Role

We’re hiring a Administrative Manager who will make Solidgate’s work environments run like a product: fast, intentional, frictionless — and energizing for people to be in.

You’ll own operations across our hubs in Podil (Kyiv HQ), Lviv, Warsaw, and Nicosia — keeping them sharp, functional, lively, and built for high-performance teams. We’re more than 300 bright minds scaling globally — and the workplace experience is a core part of how we win.<
