About the Team and Role

We’re building the smartest, fastest and most resilient payments infra in fintech — and risk is a core part of how we win. As a Risk Operations Analyst at Solidgate, you’ll be the one keeping our engine clean, sharp and one step ahead. You’ll monitor AML alerts, how money moves, and how risk evolves in real time — making sure we scale safely without slowing down growth.This role is hands-on and impact heavy. You'll use data, logic and frameworks to detect risk signals, fine-tune alert systems, and liaise directly with partner banks on RFI requests. It’s fast. It’s complex.
