About this role:
The Multi-site Community Assistant Manager has the responsibility to support and aid the Community Manager in all phases of the operations of an income producing property. This includes but is not limited to; the general administration of the multiple properties, leasing of the apartments where assigned, fiscal oversight and physical maintenance of assigned property. The Multi-site Assistant Manager may also serve as the individual responsible for the property in which assigned in the absence of the Community Manager.
