About the Role
We’re looking for a Billing Operations Associate (12-month FTC) to join Swap’s Finance team in Poland. This is an operations role at heart: you’ll own the processes behind our Shipping billing and customer onboarding, make them run accurately every day, and then make them better.
Swap is scaling quickly, and our billing volumes and complexity are growing with us. We need someone exceptionally sharp and process-driven who sees a manual workflow and immediately starts thinking about how to map it, fix it and automate it.
