Work Setup: Hybrid/Onsite
As a Mid-Level Specialist, you will lead high-visibility projects that directly influence our operational bottom line. Your focus will be on identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and fostering a "continuous improvement" mindset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Process Transformation: Lead the diagnosis, design, and implementation of process improvements. You will map "As-Is" workflows and eliminate redundancies and maximize output.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends and "low-hanging fruit." You’ll turn raw data into actionable insights that justify process changes to senior leadership.
- Project Management & Governance: Manage a portfolio of improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen). You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and that the gains are sustained through robust monitoring plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a consultant to various departments (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.). You’ll lead workshops to understand the frontline reality and align stakeholders on better ways of working.
