Job Description

Are you an energetic recruitment professional passionate about finding top-tier talent? Join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a vital role in expanding our clinical and operational teams. You will drive recruitment for Behavior Technicians, Treatment Professionals, and Operations staff, providing candidates with a seamless and welcoming transition into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Funnel Recruitment: Lead candidate sourcing and engagement for clinical and support roles. Build a steady pipeline for high-demand Behavior Technician and Treatment positions using proactive sourcing tactics and efficient workflows.

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Organize and lead local hiring events, career fairs, and group interview sessions to attract top local talent.

  • Dashboard & Requisition Tracking: Maintain the internal staffing dashboard, managing job requisitions, approval flows, and real-time candidate pipelines.

  • Culture & Engagement: Promote our core values at every candidate touchpoint to champion an inclusive hiring process. Participate in team-building activities and Culture Club initiatives.

  • Leadership Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing requirements and deliver data-backed hiring recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: Prior recruitment experience with strong preference given to healthcare, clinical, or high-volume hiring environment is ideal.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex details clearly, concisely, and empathetically.

  • Customer Focus: Strong service-oriented mindset dedicated to supporting internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, hit tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Agility: Highly adaptable and composed under changing priorities, new operational challenges, and evolving business needs.
