About the Role

The DVM Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for associate veterinarians and veterinary medical directors across WVP partner hospitals. This role partners closely with operations leaders and hospital teams to understand each practice’s needs, build candidate pipelines, and connect experienced and early-career veterinarians with opportunities that align with their goals.

Success in this role requires hands-on veterinary recruiting experience, consistent sourcing activity, strong follow-through, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring partners. This is a remote position with travel to partner hospitals, recruiting events, and confer
