Construction Superintendent

Coho Construction Management is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our construction management team supporting projects throughout the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama regions. This position will support construction projects at Tyndall Air Force Base and Naval Support Facility (NSA-PC) in Panama City, Florida, as well as other regional projects. The Superintendent will manage multiple construction projects under large Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) programs and diverse task orders.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing field operations, staff, and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable quality and client requirements. The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to construction management and infrastructure delivery.

Ability to travel approximately 10–15% is preferred.
