Sr. Manager, International Government Programs

This role is for someone who delivers results across borders, time zones, and organizational boundaries. We are looking for a hands-on operator who personally drives complex international government engagements, not someone who operates only as a governance or advisory layer.

Tomorrow.io's Customer Delivery and Operations team sits at the center of the company, connecting the Government and Enterprise business units to the technical organization. We own the full lifecycle of customer programs, from pre-sale technical engagement through post-sale delivery and operational support. This role focuses on international government programs with national meteorological services, civil aviation authorities, defense organizations, disaster management agencies, and other public-sector entities across Asia, Latin America, the Pacific, and other regions.

You will own programs end to end. That means knowing the contract terms, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, local stakeholder map, partner dependencies, risks, and critical path. You will identify and resolve blockers early, close gaps between customer expectations and delivery, and maintain momentum across multiple markets at the same time.
