We are looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative specializing in reefer (refrigerated) transportation to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in U.S. freight brokerage, experience sourcing and managing reefer carriers, and the ability to negotiate competitive rates while ensuring reliable, temperature-controlled transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, qualify, and develop relationships with reefer carriers across the U.S. market.
Negotiate competitive rates and transportation terms with carriers to ensure profitable load coverage.
Secure reliable capacity for refrigerated shipments while meeting customer requirements and delivery deadlines.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment schedules with carriers and customers.
