Assistant General Counsel

• Legal Expertise: J.D. from an accredited law school, active membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing, and 12+ years of corporate law experience within a nationally recognized law firm and/or sophisticated in-house legal team.
• M&A Leadership: Extensive experience leading complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions, with end-to-end ownership from signing through post-closing integration.
