From helping with account queries to guiding payment processes, your role will be all about delivering excellent service in every interaction.
Location: St. Julian’s, Malta (Hybrid)
You’re a great match for this role if you:
- Speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
- Enjoy multitasking and have strong problem-solving skills
- Are comfortable working nights shifts (Eligibility for night shifts depends on your performance)
- Have an interest in using AI tools to boost efficiency
- Have previous customer service experience (that’s a bonus!)
