Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (KR)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate closely with the management team to identify and recruit top talent for Gauss Labs, an industrial AI startup. You will focus primarily on recruiting professionals in AI, machine learning, software engineering, and data science to help solve complex problems in manufacturing and other industries. In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing talent acquisition in the Korean market, as well as coordinating with external recruiting agencies in both the US and Korea. You will also communicate directly with candidates in the US and Canada, coordinate interviews, and manage the overall recruiting process to ensure it moves efficiently from initial contact through completion.
