Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive for a fast-growing US-based recruiting firm that helps startups and growth-stage companies build global teams. This role is ideal for a proven closer who is comfortable running discovery with founders and hiring managers, scoping roles, and taking deals from first call to signed contract. Experience selling agency, staffing, or professional services is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with founders, executives, and hiring managers

• Scope hiring needs and prepare proposals and contracts

• Close new business and collect deposits to kick off searches

• Re-engage past clients and expand existing accounts

• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal records in the CRM

• Hand off closed deals cleanly to the recruiting team
