What You'll Do

• Hire A - players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world.

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role scoping, talent mapping, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, offer structuring, and closing for mid-to-senior roles

• Conduct market and talent pool assessments, defining sourcing strategies and building pipelines of passive candidates for current and future business-critical roles.
