UiPath is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager of Customer Success to lead and scale our Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Managers operations across the Federal Civilian accounts. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving portfolio performance, and serving as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Go-To-Market organizations.

As a Sr. Manager of Customer Success, you will own portfolio performance, proactively reduce systematic risk end-to-end, and build high-performing teams that deliver measurable outcomes for our most strategic government customers. You'll drive operational rigor and discipline across delivery while modeling leadership presence and culture that demonstrates extreme ownership and execution.
